Australia’s Peace Bell is located in Civic Square and is a replica of the one standing in the United Nations headquarters in New York and Darby Falls Observatory is only a short drive away, where visitors can explore the night sky with one of the largest telescopes available to the public.

For those who enjoy walking, the Ironbark walking track is an easy 1 1/2 hour looped bushwalk or you may prefer the Cowra Heritage walk that takes in the many Federation, Colonial and Victorian commercial buildings of the local area.
